The Springdale Board of Zoning Appeals is charged with hearing requests for variances to the Springdale Zoning Code. The Board can provide relief from the strict application of the Zoning Code when the property owner demonstrates that there are unusual characteristics about the property that make it difficult to comply with the code.
The Board is also responsible for hearing appeals of parties who believe that an unfair decision or interpretation has been rendered by Building Official or the Planning Commission regarding a Zoning Code matter.

ATTENTION:
Beginning June, 2019 the Board of Zoning Appeals will be meeting on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. with the exceptions of November and December of 2019 and 2020 where the meeting dates will be on the 3rd Tuesday of the month due to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
