DEBRIS REMOVAL PROGRAM

Residents may request a city truck for removal of debris not picked up by our regular trash collectors. The truck will be provided to the property owner for his/her use only. Any construction debris loaded on a city truck must be only from improvements made by the property owner NOT AS A RESULT OF WORK THAT HAS BEEN PERFORMED BY A CONTRACTOR NOR BY THE RESIDENT AT ANOTHER ADDRESS OUTSIDE OF THE CITY OF SPRINGDALE. One dump truck and one pick up truck are available from April 1st thru October 1st. The rest of the year one pickup truck is available. Residents may have a truck twice per calendar year. As of December 16, 2009, Council voted to increase the fee for the Debris Removal Program Trucks. The new cost for the trucks is $50 for a pick-up truck and $80 for a dump truck.

A property owner may schedule a truck by completing a Debris Removal Release form at the Municipal Building located at 11700 Springfield Pike between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Payment is due at the time of scheduling. Payment may be made by cash, check or Visa/MasterCard.
