OLD BUSINESS - ITEM A

The City of Springdale, Planning Commission has rescheduled the Public Hearing for the property located at 12021 Sheraton Ln. (Parcel # 059900500407) until June 11, 2024, for an Amendment to the Springdale Lake PUD pursuant to Section 153.255, to change from office use to retail/restaurant use. The application and corresponding documents may be viewed before the hearing online at: https://www.springdale.org/planning-commission. A portion of the public hearing will be for comment by interested parties.

NEW BUSINESS - ITEM A

The City of Springdale, Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Springdale Municipal Building located at 11700 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH 45246, for the property located at 505 Crescentville Rd. (Parcel # 059900300333 & 059900300332) for a Zoning Map Amendment pursuant to Section 153.202, to change the zoning of the site from General Industrial to a PUD, and use the property for Apartment Units. The application and corresponding documents may be viewed before the hearing online at: https://www.springdale.org/planning-commission. A portion of the public hearing will be for comment by interested parties.

NEW BUSINESS - ITEM B

The City of Springdale, Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Springdale Municipal Building located at 11700 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH 45246, for the property located at 255 Crescentville Rd. (Parcel # 059900300406) to consider a variance request, pursuant to Chapter 156 - Preservation of Trees and Wooded Areas; Section 156.18, to remove existing trees without replacement and a reduced contribution to the City Tree Program in violation of Sections 156.08 and 156.15. The application and corresponding documents may be viewed before the hearing online at: https://www.springdale.org/planning-commission. A portion of the public hearing will be for comment by interested parties.

NEW BUSINESS - ITEM C

The City of Springdale, Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Springdale Municipal Building located at 11700 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH 45246, for a Zoning Code Text Amendment pursuant to Section 153.202, to change the zoning code text of Section 153.254 (D) and remove the prohibition of medical marijuana cultivation, processing, and retail dispensaries; and to change the zoning code text of Sections 153.253 Table 253-1, 153.253 (D), and 153.600 to add standards for Marijuana Dispensaries, Processing & Cultivation in the Zoning Code.  The application and corresponding documents may be viewed before the hearing online at: https://www.springdale.org/planning-commission. A portion of the public hearing will be for comment by interested parties.
