Frequently Asked Questions

Does the City of Springdale collect Real Estate Taxes directly from the public?

No. Real Estate Taxes are paid directly to the Hamilton County Treasurer. From there the funds are separated based on the applicable County Levies (such as Family and Children Services, the Zoo, Developmental Disabilities Services, etc), the School Levies, and the City Levy. The portion applicable for the City is distributed to the City twice a year.
