The Mayor and City Council, in partnership with department staff, completed the process of creating a new Comprehensive Plan for the City of Springdale. Together with professionals from McBride Dale Clarion, the project team worked to lay out future vision, goals, and priorities to continue the City's high level of service to its residents and businesses; manage new development and redevelopment efforts; and provide the parks, recreation and community center amenities residents tell us they would like to have.

While the final plan will primarily be used by City Council, Planning Commission and City staff, to aide in the decision-making process regarding land use and infrastructure improvements, the plan is rooted in the community, inclusive of input and participation from residents, employers, and other valued stakeholders who took part in development of the plan’s goals, objectives, and specific project strategies.
